💳 Refund & Return Policy – Yaya Fashion

At Yaya Fashion, we take pride in delivering authentic, high-quality sarees directly from manufacturers to your doorstep. Our aim is to ensure complete satisfaction while protecting the quality and pricing of our products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order:

1. Eligibility for Refund/Return

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds/exchanges apply only for:
    • Manufacturing defects (tears, holes, color bleeding, stitching issues).
    • Wrong item delivered (wrong design, color, or size).
  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:
    • Change of mind, incorrect size selection by customer, or personal preference.
    • Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Sarees without original tags, packaging, or authenticity certificates (if provided).

2. Condition of Products for Return

  • The saree must be returned in original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accessories or gifts included in the original order must also be returned.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the order:
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and approve the return/exchange if eligible.
  4. Upon approval, the customer must send the saree back to our designated return address.
  5. Return shipping for manufacturing defects or wrong items will be borne by Yaya Fashion.
  6. Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect order by the customer will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
  • No cash refunds are available for returned products; partial store credits may apply in specific cases.
  • For products that are damaged, used, or altered, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible items as mentioned above.
  • If the desired product for exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Any price difference for exchanged products must be paid by the customer.
